Paper shelf paper display shelf corrugated board classification and process flow

Paper shelves, paper display shelves, etc. have the advantages of green environmental protection, convenient transportation and rapid assembly. When placed in the sales place, they can display goods, convey information and promote sales.

The following is the classification and process flow of corrugated board

  1. Corrugated board classification

    (1) : classified by ridge type: A, C, B, e and their combinations, such as AB ridge, BC ridge, BBC ridge, etc. Now there are finer corrugated f in the market.

    (2) : classified according to the number of base paper layers: two-layer paperboard, three-layer paperboard, four layer paperboard, five layer paperboard, seven layer paperboard, etc;

    (3) : classified by ridge shape: U shape, V shape and UV shape; UV shapes are now common in the market;

    (4) Corrugation performance comparison: corrugation type corrugation high corrugation number /30mm scale flat pressing strength edge pressing strength

      A 4.5-5.0 34+2 1.55 4 1

      C 3.5-4.0 38+2 1.47 3 2

      B 2.5-3.0 50+2 1.36 2 3

      E 1.1-2.0 96+2 1.26 1 4

    (5) Corrugated display:

      C-edge b-edge a-edge

    (6) Others:

      Corrugated: flute; Single corrugated board (also known as three-layer board): single wall; Double wall: double wall; Seven layer corrugated board: triple wall;

  2. Corrugated board production process

    (1) Working principle of single-sided machine (positive pressure single-sided machine):

      Principle overview: the corrugated base paper is formed by pressing the upper and lower corrugating rollers, pasted by the upper pasting roller, pasted with the formed corrugated paper at the tangent between the pressure roller and the upper corrugating roller to form a two-layer corrugated board, and then combined with other single corrugated board and surface paper through the transfer belt overpass to the double-sided machine.

      National standards are divided into four categories: Class A, class B, class C and class D. Grade D corrugated paper is basically eliminated by the market, and few manufacturers buy and use it.

Kraft cardboard (American card, Russian card). Features: long fiber, heavy sizing, high physical strength, rough paperboard; Pure wood pulp or a small amount of OCC. Abbreviation: imported ox card.

      Imitation kraft cardboard. Features: 15-25% wood pulp is hung on the surface, and the rest is OCC; The fiber is shorter and the strength is worse than that of kraft linerboard. The paper surface is flat, with different degrees of sizing (water absorption varying from 30-55g/m2) and surface dyeing treatment. Abbreviation: domestic Niuka.

      White cardboard. White faced Kraft linerboard, bleached wood pulp on the surface, and the rest are natural color or dyed wood pulp. (Russian white, Swedish white, Finnish white); White board paper (bleached wood pulp on the surface, and the rest are deinked or non deinked waste paper); Coated white board paper (white background, gray background, white - ---).

      Recycled paper. It is all composed of OCC, but different from corrugated paper. The surface is AOCC vermicelli with a surface of more than 11 \. The market is generally referred to as C-grade carton paper, and some are referred to as t-paper.

    (2) Basic performance of carton base paper.

      Physical indexes: ration, moisture content, tightness, bursting strength (bursting index), ring pressure strength (ring pressure index), positive / negative water absorption and folding resistance.

      Appearance indicators: smoothness, color difference and whiteness.

      Reference to specific base paper standards: gb13023 (national standard for corrugated paper) and gb13024 (national standard for box board paper). Relevant projects refer to the latest industry trends or standards.
